SCENE: The car crash this afternoon
PEAK hour traffic delays are being caused this afternoon by a collision outside Blackburn Ice Arena.
The two-car crash, at the junction of Lower Audley Street and Park Road, happened at 4.40pm.
Police officers and paramedics are at the scene.
