A 48-YEAR-OLD woman has been found dead in woodland near to Padiham Football Club.
Police were called to the area at around 7am yesterday after reports a woman had gone missing from an address in the town.
They found the woman’s body at 8.20am in woodland.
Officers said there were no suspicious circumstances.
The death has now been referred to the coroner.
