A BLACKBURN man has been fined for being drunk while driving a motobility scooter.
Mark Brian Watson, 40, of Great Bolton Street, pleaded guilty before Chorley magistrates to a charge of being drunk in charge of a carriage in Cheapside, Chorley, on April 7.
He was fined £35 with a further £35 costs.
Watson admitted the offence whilst still subject to a 12-month conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly in January.
An order was made to deduct payments from his benefits.
