A man accused of causing death by dangerous driving has had the case against him adjourned.
Stuart Callaghan, 26, of Derby Road, Longridge, was bailed until November 13 by Preston Crown Court.
He s accused of causing the death by dangerous driving of Paul Hayhurst, 24, of Whittingham Road, Longridge, who was travelling in a Vauxhall Astra in May 2005. Callaghan denies the charge.
