TWO cyclists are getting ready to ride 130 miles in one day to raise money for charity.
Mick Cassidy and Nick Stiller from Blackburn are riding from Leeds to Liverpool and stopping off in their home town along the way.
They will start at 4am on Sunday, August 27 and hope to arrive in Blackburn between 10.30am and 11.30am at the Infirmary Hotel pub in Bolton Road, Blackburn.
The duo are aiming to complete the distance in 14 hours to raise money for East Lancashire Hospice and Macmillan Nurses.
The event has brought their total raised over the £6,000 mark.
Mick thanked Ewood Bikes, Bolton Road, Blackburn for providing lights, spare parts and servicing their bikes ready for Sunday.
