MISSING Mavis Bury
UPDATE: A 51-year-old woman who has gone missing from her home in Huncoat has been found safe and well.
A major hunt was lanched after Mavis Bury, the landlady at the Black Bull pub, left home unannounced at 6am on Monday.
But after a huge police and mountain rescue operation, which also saw large numbers of friends, family, villagers and pub regulars join the hunt, Mrs Bury called home last night.
She was picked up in Blackpool and is now back at home with her family.
