A BUSINESSMAN is offering firms a quarter off their rent if they move into his Burnley office block.
Paul Dawson, of Anvic Developments, wants to help businesses and will give them a discount if they opt to take space in Northbridge House, in Elm Street, Daneshouse.
Mr Dawson said Burnley had been particularly badly hit by the recession.
He added: “It is vital the private sector leads the recovery. The banks have got to support small businesses and I want to play my part in making it easier for entrepreneurs to move forward.”
