Police in Lancashire are carrying out a crackdown targeting people who do not wear seatbelts whilst driving. The fine for not wearing a seat belt is £60 and of course you are considerably increasing the chances of being seriously injured. Officers across Lancashire will also be carrying out spot-checks on parents as they drop off and pick up their children from school to ensure child restraints are being used correctly.
