AN ELDERLY woman had to be cut free from a car after her car was involved in a crash in Blackburn this morning.
Emergency services were called to Heys Lane at 9.15am after a smash involving a grey Ford KA and a black Vauxhall Corsa.
The female driver of the Corsa suffered minor injuries.
Both women were treated at the scene by paramedics.
The road remained closed after being cordoned off by police.
