A 26 year old man appeared before Burnley Magistrates, accused of a string of "flashing" and sex offences.
Andrew Brennand faces eight charges of exposure and three of sexual touching.
His case will be heard at the town's crown court.
The defendant, of Marton Drive, Burnley, was remanded in custody after the hearing was adjourned until June 16.
