MANY folk must agree with me that the time is long overdue for all types of weapons -- pellet guns, crossbows etc, especially for juveniles, to be banned to the general public.

Too many incidents keep occurring, accidental or mischievously intentionally against innocent victims, pet animals and property.

All weapons should be kept in an armoury for those wishing to exercise such a hobby.

I hope the Labour government will pursue legislation to deal with this as a matter of necessity.
