NURSES were told to get out the begging bowls and raise charity cash for essential equipment according to a former health authority member.
Mrs Eileen Scott launched a blistering attack on hospital managers after visiting children's wards at Queen's Park Hospital.
"It is alarming that the current administration is asking nurses to raise money for essential equipment," she said.
