IWAS on Ainsworth Street in Blackburn town centre when there was some sort of alarm and all the Post Office staff left their building.
What followed shows how badly planned Ainsworth Street is. If it had been a major incident, none of the rescue or ambulance services would have got through because buses were blocking the street.
And no police were there to direct people away and prevent buses from blocking the road.
