NEW born baby Tyler Atkinson has started life in Rolls Royce style.
His parents, Ryan Atkinson and Louise Denbeigh, both 23, were amazed when the chauffeur-driven car turned up on the day Tyler was due home from Queen's Park Hospital, Blackburn.
The hired car was laid on for the day by Ryan's aunt, Barbara Moore, of York Village, Langho, to take Louise and her baby home to Hermitage Street, Rishton.
Barbara decided to hire the 'Roller' after she caught a chest infection and was not allowed to visit the 8lbs 7oz tot.
Stunned Ryan, who runs his own stained-glass window business, said: "I didn't know anything about the Rolls Royce until it came to pick me up from work.
"And Louise only found out when she came out of the hospital and the car was waiting for us.
"We were all a bit shocked, but it was still a very nice surprise."
He added: "My auntie has not told us how much it cost to hire a car like that but it must have been very expensive for her."
