TOURISM can now be part of the curriculum for many youngsters thanks to an initiative from the North West Tourist Board.
The board has launched a resource pack for primary schools giving ideas for work based around the region's tourism industry.
The work projects tie in closely with the National Curriculum and cover areas such as transport and geography. .
