IDENTICAL twins Carol Murray and Julie Major-Smith must be the youngest mums in East Lancashire.
The pair each have two children, even though they have only had eight birthdays!
Carol, right, and Julie were born on February 29 in 1964 and are looking forward to an official celebration today.
Carol, the younger of the pair by 10 minutes, said: "We weren't expected in February. We were born six weeks early.
"We always celebrate our real birthday together, usually going out for a meal or on the town."
