SMILE, you've won! Emma Pickup from Accrington, attended the impressive Guildhall in London, where she was accompanied by her husband and her boss, when she picked up a top award.
Emma has worked at the Lynton Dental Practice in Burnley Road, Accrington, for seven years and was the winner of the Denplan Receptionist of the Year 1996.
She was nominated by a patient impressed with her sympathetic and caring attitude.
Her boss, Mr Nigel Bramley-Haworth said of Emma: "She is kind, caring, a good listener and very courteous. She welcomes patients as friends of the practice and they all adore her."
Emma was presented with a £500 cheque, a certificate and a shield.
