PAUL Heinicke of Burnley has been appointed human resources manager for RefugeLife.
Paul, has spent 20 years working for the Wilmslow-based group and has previously been business systems manager and head of administration for the financial firm. He will now be responsible for the 2,500 employees of the RefugeLife.
