TWO East Lancashire stockbrokers have been appointed to act as Shareshops for the Government sell-off of Railtrack. Hedley & Co of Blackburn and James Brearley & Son of Blackburn and Burnley, are now accepting registrations for the share offer which is planned for May 1996.
