LOCAL people of all ages are being invited by the Prestwich Community Safety Action Group to take part in a new initiative designed to try and cut crime.
A range of events have been organised from a Community Safety Luncheon for the Elderly to a Home Watch presentation and public question time.
Representatives from the police, Home Watch and security companies will also be on hand at the Longfield Suite in Prestwich next Tuesday.
People are welcome to drop in at any point during the day as this is the chance for Prestwich to tackle something which affects everyone - crime. Prestwich
