TWO new assistant solicitors have been appointed by Forbes & Partners in Blackburn.
Mother-of-four Shirley Tempest will work in the firm's matrimonial department and Simon Farnsworth, who joined Forbes from Clitheroe Grammar School seven years ago, will work in the criminal law section.
