THE CARIBBEAN Grand Carnival will take place once again in Preston on Spring Bank Holiday, Monday May 27.
The procession of floats will start opposite Moor Park on Deepdale Road at noon. To end the day on a high note, organisers are holding a Grand Carnival Dance at the Caribbean Sports and Social Club, Kent Street, Preston. For tickets contact Gulam Mogra on 463669.
A free carnival promotion at Preston Flag Market from 10am to 4pm on Saturday May 25 will include music from the Harmony Steel Band, the Cable North west Roadshow and the UCI Cinema Roadshow.
