The area of Back Thwaites Road in Oswaldtwistle is being used as a rat run, and the people who live round there are sick and fed up with it, because even though the Council come and re-erect the bollards, it does not take long before some mindless yobs come and rip them up again.
The latest replacement is absolutely bonkers - they are so far apart that a car can go in between them, so there is no need for the yobs to do a thing!
When you remember why these bollards were erected in the first place, it makes you wonder who is in charge of this area - the Council or the Marx Brothers?
