THERE'S a Grand time in store for Fylde folk this month with plenty of great stage shows to enjoy.

For the Grand Theatre has a great line-up of comedy, dance and music.

Until Saturday (February 15), three top UK actors are starring in Forty Years On, the classic comedy by Alan Bennett.

Right on its tail is all for fun and fun for all with The Three Musketeers, starring Christopher Biggins, which runs from February 17-22 and promises to really buckle your swash with the fantastic swordplay and hilarious antics of Athos, Porthos and Aramis.

Magic - a tribute to Freddie Mercury - will have Fylde folk rocking in the isles to top tunes from Queen on February 23. This live show is said to be as close as possible to the real thing.

The acclaimed Richard Alston Dance Company will be stepping into the Blackpool limelight on 25 and 26 of February.

This company's latest work, OKHO, is danced to a thrilling score for large African drums.

Hot on the heels of this will be a change of pace with Madama Butterfly from the Romanian National Opera on February 27 and 28.

With a company of nearly 90 based in Bucharest, the Romanian National Opera has a reputation for providing traditionally staged opera of high quality.

This rare treat with Puccini's classic marks the company's first visit to this region.

The wonderful new Studio Theatre at the Grand is inviting you to see The Right Size theatre company with Do You Come Here Often on February 28.
