TWO women were shocked to see a cycling flasher during a walk along a secluded Penwortham road.

The white male, originally wearing a green bomber jacket and blue jeans, cycled past the women on Valley Road a number of times exposing himself.

The incident happened at 4pm on Monday January 20. The man, in his thirties, had a Liverpool accent was riding an old-style red mountain bike.

A 13-year-old boy was punched and kicked before thieves made off with his £220 bike in Rippon Road, Preston on Friday January 24.

Two men aged 18 pulled the schoolboy from his mountain bike before viciously assaulting him.

One was 5'6 tall, skinny with short dark brown hair and moustache, wearing a red and blue coat and white trainers. The other was 5'2", stocky with black hair and glasses. He was wearing a grey jumper, dark tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.

The bike is green with a logo on the frame.

A woman was seriously injured following a bungled mugging in Wards End on Tuesday January 28 by two women demanding money.

When she refused they kicked and punched her before slashing her face. They ran off empty handed. The victim was taken to hospital suffering from severe bruising and needing stitches.

Her attackers were both aged 20, one was wearing a white top and black leggings the other wore a skirt.

An elderly woman was robbed in her home by a 14-year old pretending to be collecting for charity. The girl conned her way into the OAP's home on January 27. Once inside the house in Westbrook Crescent, Ingol she stole a purse.

The girl had fair hair and was wearing a grey padded jacket. Police believe she may have been with another girl.
