PEOPLE were today urged to remember student hostage Paul Wells as his family marked his 26th birthday. It is the second birthday which has passed since Paul, of Bracken Close, Feniscowles, Blackburn, was captured by Kashmiri separatist militants 591 days ago. Paul's mother Dianne said the family had made no special arrangements to mark the anniversary but urged people to spare a thought for her son and his three fellow Western captives.
