THREE county police officers have been suspended after a stripper at a party allegedly invited bobbies to lick whipped cream from her body.

A woman officer who witnessed the antics during a birthday celebration in the bar at the Hutton training school, complained the behaviour of the officers was 'beyond what was acceptable'.

The allegations of indecent behaviour are being investigated by Chief Inspector Neil Walsh of the Discipline and Complaints department, and Lancashire police have voluntarily referred the accusation to the Police Complaints Authority, which will supervise the investigation.

All three suspended policemen were attending a CID training course and several officers from other forces have been sent home.

It is believed the stripper arrived at the bar wearing a black cocktail dress, which she then wiggled out of in front of the bobby who was celebrating.

She is then said to have covered herself in baby oil and spread whipped cream and chocolate over her breasts and other parts of her body before allegedly encouraging the bobby to lick it off. Other officers were allegedly invited to join in.

The incident was captured on video by another policeman.

A spokesman for Lancashire police said: "Three officers have been suspended following an incident on February 3."
