PEOPLE in East Lancs are being asked to help victims of a cyclone in Bangladesh.
Around 25,000 people have been evacuated from the shore of the north Bay of Bengal and St Martin Island, in the bay, is completely submerged. Islamic Relief has launched an emergency fund-raising appeal. Donors should contact Mr Fadi Itani on 0171 722 0039.
