Get involved in pedal power to raise money for St Catherine's Hospice.
The Citizen is urging readers to support the Ribble Valley Cycle Ride on June 29. There's no excuse to opt out as the sponsored challenge is suitable for everybody, from novices to racers.
There are three routes, each setting off from Preston College: a 20-miler round Chipping for the uninitiated; a 30-mile trip through Bleasdale; and a 55-mile journey over the Trough of Bowland.
