POLICE were hunting an arsonist inside the nurses' home at Blackburn's Queen's Park Hospital after the third attack there in less than a week.
Quick-thinking staff prevented a potential disaster when letters in a pigeonhole rack were set alight.
Blackburn police were investigating the possibility that the arsonist came from inside the residence, which had a security key system.
