A WOMAN was tied up when three masked men held up a sub post office today.Less than three months ago three masked and armed men escaped with about £20,000 in a morning raid on Flaxmoss Post Office in Helmshore Road, Haslingden. Detectives linked the raid with a number of others throughout the North West.
