PEOPLE who live near and use Witton Park, Blackburn, are being denied access by fencing being erected on Buncer Lane. A residents' User Group has been set up and we urge people to write letters of objection to Blackburn Council.
The User Group's main concern is where this will end. Eventually, residents in the area will have to take a long detour to Preston Old Road to visit the park. Please help us to fight this.
