YOUR article (LET, November 28) about more European funds coming to Blackburn made no mention of Bank Top.
Multi-screen cinemas and a tarted-up station are both very nice, but are no comfort to those with an outside toilet and rising damp.
And does the refurbishment of Darwen Street mean gates at each end? - God help 'em.
