THE family-owned Burnley stationery firm of FH Brown is to merge with one of the UK's biggest stationery firms.
Joint managing directors David and Andrew Brown have traded ownership of FH Brown for a share of Dudley Stationery Limited.
They will continue to run the business, under the same trading name. All staff will keep their jobs.
David Brown said: "We are confident that the membership of a larger group with greater buying power will enable us to offer customers even better value and a wider choice of product and services."
