IT Joseph's Convent School in Laindon Road, Victoria Park, Manchester, which was the first Central School for Girls in Manchester when it opened in 1923, has held an annual mass and reunion every year since the school closed in 1985.
This year, it will be at St Augustine's Church, Oxford Road, All Saints, Manchester, on March 21 starting at 3.30pm.
There is a thriving Past Pupils' and Teachers' Association and I am trying to contact people who might be interested in joining.
I am also putting together a book of recollections about the school and I would be delighted to hear from anybody who either attended the school or knew of the school.
