A HIGH school teacher and her son, charged with possessing and supplying cannabis, have been committed to Crown Court for trial.
Veronica Rigby, currently suspended from her post at St Joseph's High in Heywood, appeared in the dock alongside her son, 25-year-old Paul from Falstone Avenue in Ramsbottom.
Rigby (48), of Howarth Street in Rochdale, faces two charges of supplying cannabis resin to Paul in last September. She is also charged with a further matter of supplying cannabis resin to persons unknown and possessing cannabis resin with intent to supply.
Her son is charged with one matter of possessing cannabis and another of supply.
Both were committed to Bolton Crown Court for trial. A plea and directions hearing will take place there on April 6.
