AUSTRALIAN Matthew Mott is to return to the EW Cartons Lancashire Cricket League this summer with Lowerhouse.
Young Mott, who is a left-handed batsman and a right-handed medium pace bowler, had an enjoyable 1996 season with Church, where he finished sixth in the league's batting averages with 1,097 runs at an average of 57.74.
He also took 43 wickets at an average of 23.33, returning home to take up a coaching position with the Queensland State Cricket Association.
