THE U10s played away at Haydock in the last game of the fixture list with an outstanding team performance which finished off the season with a win for the team. The two sides were evenly matched, which is reflected in the score, with a determined effort by the Leyland side. Top tackler went to Daniel Meehan.

WOOLSON U11s 34 WARRIORS 4

AN away game at Warrington for the U11s with individual performances by Andrew Watson, Neil Byrom, Matt Astley and Phil Briggs could not compensate for an overall below par team performance against a very well organised opposition. The points were from Neil Byrom.

ROYTON TIGERS U13s 30 WARRIORS 0

WARRIORS played unbeaten league leaders Royton Tigers with determination, especially in the second half, but came out losers. Top tackler was Jamie Johnson, with man of the match being Paul Lorenzon.
