A HOSPITALITY staff recruitment firm has put on weight.
Cooke & Mellor Recruitment has created two new posts to help the Accrington firm cope with increasing demand. Hayley Clifton has joined the company as co-ordinator of the management division and Pauline Jagger, who has been with the firm for more than four years, has been appointed as co-ordinator of chef division.
