A NEW centre has been opened to help firms get to grips with information technology.
It has been set up at Hyndburn House in Dutton Street, Accrington, by the North Lancs training Group and Burnley College.
As well as providing facilities for the group's 80 member firms to train staff in computer skills, the centre will be used for training modern apprentices on XTEND programmes with the NLTG.
ELTEC chairman Roger Collinge was guest of honour at the opening.
