BLACKBURN Hawks player/coach Bobby Haig is counting on his crestfallen squad to be up and running in time for this weekend's double bill on the English Premier League.
On the back of a real battering in the Christmas Cup in midweek, Hawks have re-grouped and are putting everyting into thier league assault, starting at Wightlink tomorrow (face off 5.30pm) and against Milton Keynes at the Arena on Sunday (6pm).
With a growing casualty list, Hawks have slipped over the last few weeks -- but administrator John Neville refuses to worry.
"It's the worst injury list I've seen since I became administrator three years ago," he admits.
"But it's not a crisis. Andrew Dickson has been back out on the ice this week , and although Kevin Doherty is still touch and go he's responded well to treatment and we're hopeful he'll make the squad."
