A NEW parent and toddler group was opening in Stacksteads today.
It was the idea of Gill Platt, Deana Talbot and Karen Wright who were having to travel to groups in Bacup or Rawtenstall. They will help to run the new service in Stacksteads Methodist Church, Newchurch Road.
The group will meet every Monday between 9.30am and 11.30am. Donations of toys are still needed and anyone who can help should ring Deana on 01706 876792.
