A SPECIAL promotion to boost sales of the new Mercedes cars has boosted the coffers of East Lancashire Hospice Appeal and will provide a lucky child with a new toy.
Westwood Garage, of Rishton, held the event in the car park at Asda, Blackburn, and in exchange gave the store's chosen charity a cheque for £250.
They have also donated a miniature motorised Mercedes for a prize draw to take place at the Grimshaw Park supermarket at the end of the week.
