THIS week I've been experiencing the life of the early riser - what a nightmare.

You only realise how difficult it is when you do it, but I suppose you do get used to it. Last day on the Breakfast Show tomorrow then it's lie-in time - Hurrah!

This is the time of year when loads of new music is released - maybe they think we've got loads of money at this time of year or is it because the Great British Summer is just around the corner.

Oh yes and don't forget that the clocks go forward one hour a week on Sunday.

So here are some recommendations for new music in the Starbeat Record Review.

Now Radicals - You Get What You Give There's really not a great deal I can tell you about this tune - apart from the fact that it's brilliant. A new guitar band everyone is talking about - listen to Radio City 96.7 to hear it, I think you'll like it. Comes out on March 22.

Capriccio - Get On Up This has been knocking about in the clubs for quite some time now and finally gets a general release. Wicked dance tune with all the perfect ingredients. Came out on March 15.

Sash - Colour The World What a year this guy had last year. DJ come record producer Sash has had five top five singles and two top 10 albums and that's in the UK alone. His new single features Dr Alban and once again the Sash Synthersizer Stamp is well and truly clear. Released on March 16.
