The league will get under way this month with Wilpshire Golf Club (Blackburn) hosting Ingol Golf Club in the inaugural match.
Ray Shannon from Ingol, who is the president for the inaugural year, said: "I am delighted John Wallwork approached us to ask if they could sponsor a tournament.
