THE funeral of baby Ebony Johnson was being held at St Mary's CE Church, Rawtenstall, today.
Ebony died at her home in Taylor Avenue, Waterfoot, on Monday aged 17 months after a brave battle against heart disease.
Regulars at the New Hall Social Club, Rawtenstall, raised more than £1,000 to help Ebony's parents Shaun and Sonya with travelling expenses to take her to hospital.
Ebony suffered from a serious heart condition cardiomyopathy and needed a transplant, but anti-bodies she contracted from her mother during pregnancy prevented the operation going ahead.
She leaves her parents, grandparents and sister Leoni.
