PC Dave Taylor's comment that speed enforcement work is targeting at accident blackspots is naive and he knows it.
The police target areas where they'll catch motorists and secure convictions, such as Tom Benson Way, where there are no junctions, no pedestrians and the road is substantially straight - not an accident blackspot, I'm sure.
