A couple in Tel Aviv, with nothing better to do, clocked a 30hrs 45min snog (defeating the old record of 29hrs 37min) but I don't know how they managed because they couldn't eat, drink or go to the toilet - and had to be treated in hospital for exhaustion after their marathon sesh. Talk about agony and ecstasy!
