TEENAGE vandals risked their lives eight times in three hours by playing with fire.
And fire officers believed it would only be a matter of time before a prank turned to tragedy. They said parents and schools should be responsible for hammering the dangers home to children. Blackburn firefighters were called to eight blazes, four in the Higher Croft area of town.
