PROPERTY group Birkby, which owns several major sites in East Lancashire, has hit the acquisition trail again.
The firm has bought the Cobden Centre at Salford in a £340,000 deal which sees it strengthen its North West presence.
The firm already owns the Glenfield Park sites in Blackburn and Nelson and the Arcade in Accrington.
